Graduates of Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication continue to make a name for themselves in their fields of work. Didem Düz and Ömer Karaoğlu, who graduated from the Faculty of Communication in 2020, actively started working in the field. The new graduates, who returned to their university not as students but as journalists, are praised for their active work in the field. 

Üsküdar Communication Graduates Make a Name for Themselves in Their Fields of Work

Ömer Karaoğlu, a graduate of Üsküdar University's New Media and Journalism department, currently works as a reporter at İhlas News Agency. Didem Düz, after graduating from the New Media and Communication department, stepped into professional life as an editing supervisor at TGRT Haber.

Karaoğlu's news report, for which he came to his alma mater as a reporter to interview Prof. Dr. Sultan Tarlacı, was edited by Düz, his friend from the same faculty who works at TGRT Haber's editing desk.

Reporter Karaoğlu, who interviewed Prof. Dr. Sultan Tarlacı, Head of the Neuroscience Department at Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, reported on Tarlacı and his team's developments concerning the first-ever 3D copy of a living human brain in Turkey, and Didem Düz edited this report for TGRT Main News bulletin, ensuring its public announcement.

Karaoğlu and Düz, who proved their success by actively working in the field immediately after their education at Üsküdar Faculty of Communication, also serve as an inspiration for students who wish to work in this area.

The duo, who successfully prepared the news report on the first-ever 3D copy of a living human brain in Turkey, are successfully making a name for themselves as newly graduated journalists.
