Üsküdar Üniversitesi took another significant step in its aim to expand the boundaries of education. The Education Institutions and Guidance Services Unit of the Corporate Communications Department visited Murat Karabulut, the Bahçelievler District Director of National Education. During the meeting, preliminary discussions were held regarding the Science Idea Festival, which Üsküdar Üniversitesi organizes annually, and will be held for the 10th time this year. Additionally, possible collaborations on seminars for teachers and students, and digitalization in education were also discussed.
The visit, which took place in Murat Karabulut’s office, was attended by Özgür Akoğlan, Specialist Psychological Counselor and Manager of Education Institutions and Guidance Services; Sevgi Toprakyaran, Assistant Manager; and Canan Ekmekçioğlu, Education Specialist.
Digitalization in Education Discussed
During the visit, joint projects concerning the organization of training and seminars for teachers and students, and digitalization in education were brought to the agenda. Collaborations to adapt to the digital transformation process in education were also discussed.
Science Idea Festival Addressed
During the discussions, possible collaborations and projects between educational institutions were addressed. Preliminary talks were held regarding the Science Idea Festival, traditionally organized by Üsküdar Üniversitesi, and cooperation protocols were evaluated.
