2nd-year students of Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences, Audiology Department organized a technical trip to TÜBİTAK National Metrology Institute (UME). During the trip, the audiology laboratories of the National Metrology Institute were examined. Thanks to the technical trip, audiology students gained comprehensive knowledge.

Audiology Students at TÜBİTAK National Metrology Institute…

The International Metrology Institute, a TÜBİTAK organization that audits measurements made in our country and ensures traceability with international standards, hosted Üsküdar University Audiology students.
The visit took place under the leadership of Lecturer Gökçe Gültekin and Research Assistant Busemnaz Avşar Aksu from Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences, Audiology Department.

2nd-year students of Üsküdar University Faculty of Health Sciences, Audiology Department were welcomed by Uğur Akkaya, Head of Corporate Communication and Promotion Unit, and Oktay Yağcı, Corporate Communication Specialist, from the International Metrology Institute.
Within the scope of the trip, a presentation was given to the students by the International Metrology Institute, and detailed information was provided.


The students visited the Anechoic Chamber and Reverberation Room located in the Acoustics Laboratory and received information accompanied by Dr. Cafer Kırbaş, a Laboratory Staff member at the National Metrology Institute.
