Addressing the students at Kabataş Erkek Lisesi, Yılancıoğlu delivered his presentation on “Being a Scientist in the Age of Technology”.
Emphasizing that science must follow three paths today, Yılancıoğlu stated: “There are paths that science must follow. These are science for humanity and science for the public.” In the meeting, which saw intense student participation, Yılancıoğlu also discussed the relationship between science and technology for the public.
Ertuğrul Tut, Assistant Manager of Educational Institutions and Guidance Services at Üsküdar Üniversitesi Corporate Communications Department, accompanied Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kaan Yılancıoğlu.

After the program concluded, Yılancıoğlu was presented with a plaque by Kabataş Erkek Lisesi.
