The “Applied Project Cycle Management Training” organized in cooperation with Üsküdar University and the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate has been completed. During the program, participants were practically taught project development processes. Topics suchs as problem analysis, goal setting, and sustainability were covered within the scope of the training program. In the training sessions, participants were enabled to develop their own projects through application-based studies in addition to theoretical knowledge. The program, which strengthened public and academic cooperation, aimed to develop the project culture of health professionals and to widespread impact-oriented projects.

Applied project cycle management training completed

The “Applied Project Cycle Management Training” organized in cooperation with Üsküdar University and the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate, was held between April 13-17 at Üsküdar University Çarşı Campus.

All stages were covered practically
Within the scope of the training program, which constitutes a strong example of public and academic cooperation, all stages of project development processes were practically transferred to the participants.
Within the scope of the training;
- Problem analysis,
- Goal setting,
- Logical framework approach,
- Activity planning,
- Budget management and
- Key topics such as sustainability were discussed in detail.

The training sessions were given by Üsküdar University Social Contribution Coordinator and Young Brains Academy Director Asst. Prof. Nebiye Yaşar. Participants had the opportunity to develop their own projects through application-based studies in addition to theoretical knowledge.

Asst. Prof. Nebiye Yaşar shared details about the training. Yaşar stated; “Project cycle management is not only a technical process but also the ability to correctly interpret societal needs, produce sustainable solutions, and think impact-oriented. Our goal with these trainings is to strengthen the human resources capable of developing projects that find resonance in the field, are measurable, and create lasting value.”

Project culture is being strengthened
The training, which stands out with its social contribution-oriented approach, aimed to strengthen the project culture of health professionals working in public institutions and to support the development of impact-oriented projects.

Certificates were presented
At the end of the program, certificates were presented to the participants, and the importance of sustainability and dissemination of such collaborations was emphasized once again.
