Üsküdar Üniversitesi has started its orientation programs within the scope of the Preference and Promotion Days held between July 18 and August 5. University's Activities Were Explained
On the first day of the orientation program held with the participation of Üsküdar Üniversitesi's administrative and academic staff, faculty members from the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Health Sciences, Vocational School of Health Services, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, and the Foreign Languages Coordinatorship came together. Information regarding the preference process, which started with the announcement of scores, was provided by Specialist Psychologist Counselor Ece Tözeniş, Manager of Educational Institutions and Guidance Services.
Tözeniş: “We will experience a different preference process as the thresholds have been lifted”

Then, Cumhur Bakır, Head of the Student Affairs Department, provided information about scholarships. In the orientation program attended by Üsküdar Üniversitesi Founding Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan and Chairman of the Board of Trustees Furkan Tarhan, Üsküdar Üniversitesi Faculty of Medicine Dean Prof. Dr. Haydar Sur emphasized that the quality of a Faculty of Medicine is determined by 3 factors. Sur said; “Quality is determined by infrastructure, teacher quality, and student quality. The success rates of the Faculty of Medicine rise upon these three. You can talk to our students; we have not caused any laboratory problems until today. We emphasize warm contact here. We provide mechanisms for them to express their complaints or wishes.”
Following the NP Sağlık Yerleşkesi orientation program in the morning, participants gathered for the Nermin Tarhan Conference Hall orientation program in the afternoon.
