Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, Founding Rector of Üsküdar Üniversitesi, emphasized the importance of the educational collaboration between Üsküdar Üniversitesi and the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate, stating the following;
