In the program broadcast on Sundays on TV100, under the moderation of Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, political scientist Prof. Dr. Deniz Ülke Arıboğan and neurologist Prof. Dr. Sultan Tarlacı discussed 39 contrasting concepts such as chaos-order, hunger-satiety, and attachment-freedom.

Throughout the season, 39 different concepts were put to the pendulum in the program, including goodness-evil, war-peace, fear-trust, beauty-ugliness, conflict-reconciliation, dream-reality, illness-health, waste-saving, youth-old age, happiness-unhappiness, democracy-autocracy, optimism-pessimism, wealth-poverty, mercy-violence, east-west, mortality-immortality, shame-shamelessness, interpretation-criticism, nationalism-globalism, chaos-order, laziness-diligence, construction-destruction, body-soul, lie-honesty, intuition-knowledge, justice-cruelty, hunger-satiety, attachment-freedom, and belief-disbelief. Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, Political Scientist Prof. Dr. Deniz Ülke Arıboğan, and Neurologist Prof. Dr. Sultan Tarlacı evaluated the topics from their own disciplines.
The program, filmed at Üsküdar Üniversitesi Faculty of Medicine Library under the consultancy of Tahsin Aksu and editorship of Şaban Özdemir, featured a live piano performance by Üsküdar Üniversitesi Head of Occupational Therapy Department Prof. Dr. Sevda Asqarova, accompanied by a different instrument in each episode.
