Üsküdar University continues its orientation trainings without slowing down, aiming to convey corporate culture and quality management awareness to new employees joining the Üsküdar family. With orientation trainings, employees' professional skills develop, and their motivation and performance are also positively affected.
In this context; the Üsküdar University Human Resources Department organizes “Orientation Trainings” in coordination with other units of Üsküdar University.
New personnel starting in any unit of the institution are provided with 'Corporate Introduction Training, Human Resources Processes Training, Personal Data Protection Law Training, Quality Awareness Training, UKSPro Quality Management Software Usage Training, and Occupational Health and Safety' trainings.
