As part of the program, Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan signed his book, 'Conscience of the Age,' for his readers.

The iftar dinner organized at Üsküdar Üniversitesi NP Health Campus was attended by Üsküdar Üniversitesi Founding Rector Psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees Furkan Tarhan, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hikmet Koçak, Rector Advisor Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zelka, Health Institutions Director of the Senior Executive Board Fırat Tarhan, Şekercihan Foundation President Prof. Ruhi Yavuz, Nur Foundation President Mustafa Cabi, as well as foundation volunteers and academics.

Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan: “Not only worldly trade, but also afterlife trade is essential”

Prof. Dr. Nevzat Tarhan, pointing out that we are currently in an age where death is not contemplated, said; “I hope the trade for the hereafter here will be a fruitful one. Not only worldly trade, but also afterlife trade is essential. In fact, I would like to commemorate Bediüzzaman Hazretleri, who said, 'Were you created solely for this world, that you only work for this world?', with mercy here. We are currently in an era of worldliness, secularism. We are in an age where people do not think about eternal life or death. In such an age, coming together for Allah, for divine pleasure, will hopefully be accepted by Allah. May it be a Ramadan fitting its meaning and spirit. As I said, with the wish that we consider it only as a trade for the hereafter.”

Şekercihan Foundation President Prof. Ruhi Yavuz: “In Ramadan, worship is always together”

Şekercihan Foundation President Prof. Ruhi Yavuz, who also spoke as part of the iftar program, stated; “Today, we are all together experiencing one of the collective acts of worship of the month of Ramadan. Generally, everyone has their own worship, but in Ramadan, acts of worship are always together. We extend our sincere thanks to my old friend, Professor Nevzat, who made this iftar possible and brought us together.”

Nur Foundation President Mustafa Cabi also delivered a speech

Nur Foundation President Mustafa Cabi said; “May my Lord make this unity of ours a means to the garden of light in the End Times, as indicated by our master and heralded by our Prophet (peace be upon him). On this blessed night, I congratulate everyone, hoping this beautiful gathering leads to such beauty, and I thank our brothers and sisters working at RİNAP who contributed to this event.”

The iftar dinner, which began with a recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with prayers.
