The Project Mentorship Training was held within the scope of the "One Hundred New Writers for the New Century of Our Literature" project, supported by the Ministry of Interior Directorate General of Civil Society Relations and hosted by Üsküdar University. Comprehensive content on the technical foundations of writing discipline, character and setting design, writing practice, and the individual writing journey was also provided. Certificates were presented to the participating mentor teachers within the scope of the training.
The training was held at Üsküdar University's Çarşı Campus.
The mentorship training, conducted under the instruction of Dr. Lect. Nebiye Yaşar, Director of Üsküdar University Young Brains Academy, focused on creative writing, cultural transfer, project management, and guidance methods for young writers.

Within the scope of the training program, İlim ve Fazilet Vakfı Schools, the project implementation school, also undertook the practical leg of the mentorship process, ensuring that young talents are supported in the field. In this context, it was emphasized that the program is a unique social innovation model that bridges both academic disciplines and literary production processes.
During the training process, comprehensive content was presented on the technical foundations of writing discipline, character and setting design, writing practice, and the individual writing journey. Sessions supported by practical examples were also held on how to constructively establish the mentorship relationships necessary for young writers to produce lasting works.
Value creation through literature and the future of culture with youth were discussed
The mentorship program aims not only to encourage literary talents but also to create a strong infrastructure for young individuals to discover their cultural identities, develop their expressive skills, and act with a sense of social responsibility.
The training program, implemented by ÇATKON, the project executor supported by the Ministry of Interior Directorate General of Civil Society Relations, in cooperation with Üsküdar University, stands out as one of Turkey's pioneering social development initiatives investing in young writers in the field of literature.
Within the scope of the training, certificates were presented to the participating mentor teachers.

Project Coordinator Yüksel Arslan said: “The mentorship training integrated the academic and practical dimensions of the project. Equipping teachers to support young writers not only technically but also psychosocially is a critical step for sustainable success.”
