Prof. Nesrin Kartal Özer participated in an international symposium in South Korea

Faculty Member Prof. Nesrin Kartal Özel in the Department of Medical Biochemistry within Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, participated in the 53th Symposium of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology held in South Korea. Moreover, Özer also participated as guest spokesperson in düzenlenen ‘New Insights on the Landscape of Redox Signaling in Human Diseases’ and ‘New Paradigm for Research on Oxidative Stress& Inflammation’ events held by Seoul National University.

Globally distinguished scientists had an exchange of ideas in the symposium held in South Korea that many distinguished scientists around the world attends as spokesperson.

Prof. Nesrin Kartal Özer participated as an invited spokesperson in the 53th Symposium titled New Insights on the Landscape of Redox Signaling in Human Diseases by Korean Academy of Science and Technology held in Seoul, South Korea. Özer made her speech titled 'High Cholesterol Induced Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress Signaling: Role in the Progression of Cardiovascular Diseases' in the symposium.

In addition, Prof. Nesrin Kartal Özer also were invited to SFRR-Asia 2022 ‘New Paradigm for Research on Oxidative Stress& Inflammation held by Seoul National University in South Korea. Özer made her speech titled ‘Cholesterol impact on cellular stress promoting nonalcoholic steatohepatitis’ in the meeting where Özer was session moderator.
