Azerbaijani educators visited Üsküdar University

Officials from the Ministry of Education, school administrators, and teachers affiliated with the Association for Education and Teaching in Türkiye operating in Azerbaijan visited Üsküdar University. Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Nazife Güngör shared information about the university’s academic structure and international vision. She also provided details on Üsküdar University’s activities in Azerbaijan and its representative office in Baku. The program continued with a presentation titled “Positive Communication and Interaction” by Assoc. Prof. Özge Uğurlu.

The event, held in the Senate Hall of Üsküdar University’s Main Campus, was attended by Rector Prof. Nazife Güngör, officials from the International Relations Directorate, and education ministry representatives, school administrators, and teachers from Azerbaijan.

Üsküdar recognized for its academic work

Educators from various cities of Azerbaijan, particularly Baku, learned about Üsküdar University’s academic structure and international initiatives. The visit included a detailed presentation on the opportunities the university offers and the support it provides to its students.

Prof. Nazife Güngör presented the university’s international vision

As part of the visit, Rector Prof. Nazife Güngör briefed the Azerbaijani delegation on the university’s academic structure, student opportunities, and international outlook. Following her remarks, the International Relations Directorate provided information about the university’s activities in Azerbaijan, its Baku Representative Office, and the status of Azerbaijani students enrolled at Üsküdar University.

Positive communication and interaction techniques discussed

The program continued with a presentation titled “Positive Communication and Interaction” by Assoc. Prof. Özge Uğurlu, Head of the Public Relations and Publicity Department at the Faculty of Communication. The seminar, which attracted strong interest from the educators, covered topics such as classroom communication, student motivation, and interaction-based learning methods.

Participants stated that by the end of the seminar they had gained new perspectives on different educational approaches.

The event concluded with a campus tour, the presentation of certificates, and a group photo session.
