Problems such as insomnia, insomnia, sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome in elderly individuals can adversely affect both psychological and cognitive health. For this reason, it is very important to plan sleep hygiene, regulation of the sleep environment and sleep hours."

Finally, pointing out that falling incidents can be prevented in the elderly, Instructor Büşra Kul said, "Falls are serious events that reduce the quality of life of elderly individuals and leave negative physical and psychological effects. However, they can be prevented to a large extent with simple environmental measures and appropriate exercise programs. It is necessary to act consciously on many issues, from the lighting of the house to non-slip mats and the use of canes."
