Golden Compass Award to Üsküdar Communication

Students of the Faculty of Communication won the Altın Pusula Ödülü (Golden Compass Award) presented by the Turkish Public Relations Association (TÜHİD). Awards were presented at the 21st Golden Compass Award Ceremony.

Üsküdar University Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations students Beste Unan, Semih Çiftci, Hilal Gökçe Düzenli and Asiye Aleyna Topal received the Golden Compass award for their project titled "Ziyan Değil, Nefes!” (It’s not Waste, It’s Breath) prepared under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Nejla Polat.

The award ceremony was held on Wednesday, October 18 at Zorlu PSM. At the ceremony, Golden Compass awards were given to university students who were successful in the Young Communicators category. Then, successful projects of the public relations industry were awarded. Üsküdar Communication students received their awards from Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Communication Head of the Department of Public Relations and Publicity Assoc. Prof. Deniz Akbulut.

Advisor Asst. Prof. Dr. Nejla Polat, Head of Public Relations and Publicity Department Assoc. Prof. Özge Uğurlu and Dean of the Faculty of Communication Prof. Süleyman İrvan also attended the award ceremony.
