The entire administrative organization of Üsküdar University carries out its activities under the General Secretariat.
The General Secretariat provides the necessary coordination to ensure that the administrative units within the university work effectively, regularly and harmoniously.
The Secretary General acts as a Rapporteur in the University Board of Directors and Senate.
