The Directorate of Health, Culture and Sport (SKS) is an administrative unit at Üsküdar University that aims not only to support students’ academic lives but also to transform the university experience into a space for all-round development. SKS offers a holistic framework that plans, implements and maintains services supporting students’ physical, mental, social and cultural development.
From the moment they set foot on campus, SKS aims to nurture students not only academically but also as well-rounded individuals in personal, social and cultural terms; to this end, it adopts an approach centred on student participation. Through the activities carried out and the support services provided, students are supported in making their university lives more productive and meaningful, as well as in shaping their lives as strong individuals after graduation.
The services provided by the SKS are delivered within an integrated framework covering health, psychological counselling, culture, sport, accessibility, accommodation and student support. This structure enables swift and effective solutions to be provided for students’ diverse needs, making university life more accessible, participatory and sustainable.
The Student Affairs Office (SKS) helps students discover their interests, develop their talents and play an active role in social life, whilst also aiming to foster a campus culture that strengthens their sense of belonging to the university. In this context, the SKS continues to operate as one of the key units that complements students’ academic achievements, enriches their lives and makes their university experience meaningful.

Üniversite öğrencilerinin fiziksel, ruhsal, sosyal ve kültürel gelişimlerini desteklemek amacıyla; sağlık, psikolojik danışmanlık, spor, kültür ve öğrenci destek hizmetlerini çağdaş, erişilebilir ve öğrenci odaklı bir yaklaşımla sunmak. Öğrencilerin akademik başarılarının yanı sıra bireysel ve toplumsal yaşamlarına katkı sağlayacak nitelikte, kaliteli ve sürdürülebilir destek hizmetleri sunmaktır.
