Horizontal Transfer from Higher Education Institutions Abroad to Higher Education Institutions in Türkiye
(6) (Added: Official Gazette dated 18/3/2016, No. 29657) In horizontal transfers from higher education institutions abroad, the number of students who may transfer from the same higher education institution abroad to each year of a program may not exceed 15% of the international transfer quota allocated for the relevant year of that program. In calculating 15%, figures below 1 shall be rounded up to 1. If the decimal part is less than 5, the figure shall be rounded down to the nearest whole number; if it is 5 or greater, it shall be rounded up to the next whole number.

Note: After the main registration period has been completed, students on the waiting list will be invited to register according to the remaining available quota.
Students who come for registration are required to bring the original copies of all documents they uploaded during the application process.
