In accordance with Article 33(2) of the Üsküdar University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations: “Students who are unable to attend a midterm examination due to a valid excuse must submit a document certifying their excuse, attached to a petition, to the relevant Dean’s Office/Directorate within three business days following the last day of the midterm examinations.”
Students who are unable to attend midterm examinations due to valid excuses must submit their petitions along with the relevant medical reports or supporting documents through the “Online Petition System” or apply directly to our Directorate. To access the Online Petition System, you can log in using your student email address and password, which you also use to access STIX.
Students who wish to take a make-up examination are kindly advised to contact the instructor of the relevant course to learn the outcome of their petition.
Make-up examinations will be held between December 1–4, 2026, on the dates and at the times determined by the course instructors. For further details, please follow the announcements made by your course instructors on STIX.
