1. As previously announced, according to the decision made by the University Senate, all exams will be held in-person. Students who cannot complete their course registrations before the midterm exams and are unable to attend their exams in person can request a make-up exam through the Registration Freeze System (http://freeze.uskudaruniversitesi.edu.tr/login) by the deadline of November 6, 2026.
2. Students who registered for late courses as of Monday, October 19, 2026, the 5th week of the academic year, are eligible to take make-up exams, provided they submit a petition in advance through the Petition Tracking System (https://online.uskudar.edu.tr/) on our Faculty website.
3. Midterm exams in our faculty will be held between November 7 and November 15, 2026. Students unable to attend the midterm exams due to valid excuses must upload their "Excuse Exam Request" petitions along with supporting documentation such as medical reports to the Student Petition System (https://online.uskudar.edu.tr/) by Sunday, November 22, 2026. You can log in to the system using your student email address and password. Excuse exams will be conducted between November 30 and December 4, 2026, on days and at times determined by the course instructor; you can find further details via the instructor's announcements on STIX.
4. In the event of an exam clash involving a course taken as part of a double major, minor, or elective outside your department, you are required to take the exam on the same day at a time designated by the course instructor. A separate announcement regarding this matter will be published.
