- As previously announced, according to the decision made by the University Senate, all exams will be held in-person. Students who cannot complete their course registrations before the midterm exams and are unable to attend their exams in person can request a make-up exam through the Registration Freeze System (http://freeze.uskudaruniversitesi.edu.tr/login) by the deadline of November 14, 2025.
- Students who registered for late courses as of Monday, November 3, 2025, the 5th week of the academic year, are eligible to take make-up exams, provided they submit a petition in advance through the Petition Tracking System (https://online.uskudar.edu.tr/) on our Faculty website.
- Students who cannot attend midterm exams (midterms) due to excuses must complete the Make-Up Exam Request Petition through the Petition Tracking System (https://online.uskudar.edu.tr/) on our Faculty website and submit a medical report, etc. They can apply for the make-up exam until the deadline of Friday, November 28, 2025, provided that they submit the application along with the attachment.
