Dear Students,
Please fill out the attached form regarding your conflicting exams during the Midterm Exam Period of the 2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester. Among the courses with conflicting exams, you must take the exam for the course offered by your department on its scheduled date and time (priority must be given to taking the exam for any course being retaken from a lower semester).
For the conflicting exam of a course taken as part of a Double Major, Minor, or from outside your department, you must take the exam on the same day at a time determined by the course instructor.
You must fill out the attached Exam Conflict Form, have it signed by the instructor of the exam you attend first, and submit the signed form to the instructor of the exam you will take later—in person, via email, or through STIX—before that exam is administered.
