English Exemption Exam Announcement - Academic Year 2026-2027
The English Exemption Exam is available on an optional basis for students enrolled in English I (ENG103) course.
Examination Structure and Administration:
Format: 50 multiple-choice questions.
Duration: 60 minutes.
Date: Wednesday, September 16, 2026
Time: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Location: Classrooms 510 and 511 (Detailed information regarding student lists and classroom arrangements will be shared with the students later).
Attempt Limit: Single attempt only. Non-attendance precludes future exemption examination opportunities.
Ineligibility: Students who have previously taken and failed the respective courses, or those seeking grade improvement, are ineligible and must retake the English course.
Grading and System Registration:
Successful completion results in direct grade registration by the Student Affairs Office (OBS) for both semesters based on the established grade scale (CC through AA). Students who do not participate or fail must complete the mandatory English course during the academic terms.
