In accordance with the decision taken at the Senate meeting held on 27 August 2026:
“It has been decided that students who are eligible to proceed to the clinical phase, who have fulfilled the attendance requirements for TKD- and MDC-coded courses taken in the first, second, and third years, whose OBS accounts are active, and who have failed no more than two committee courses shall be granted the right to take an additional committee examination in order to proceed to the fourth year.
Students wishing to exercise their right to take the additional committee examination must submit a petition to the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Medicine within three business days.
The grade obtained from the additional committee examination shall be considered the final examination grade for the relevant TKD- or MDC-coded course.
The dates of the additional committee examinations will be announced by the Faculty.
In accordance with the decision taken, the additional committee examination shall be valid only at the beginning of the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year.”
Note 1: Students who wish to exercise their right to take the additional committee examination must submit their petitions to the Dean’s Office through the online petition system below by the end of business hours on Friday, 11 September 2026:

Note 2: The examination will be held by the Dean’s Office within three weeks following the application deadline. The date and time of the examination will be announced by the Dean’s Office.
Note 3: Students must clearly specify in their petition which examination(s) they wish to take.
Note 4: Applications not submitted within the specified application period will not be taken into consideration.
