About FENS Double Major (ÇAP) and Minor (Yandal) Programs Applications

Dear Students,

The application results for the Double Major (ÇAP) and Minor (Yandal) programs for the 2026-2027 academic year have been announced. You can check your application status using your T.R. Identity Number.

1. All students who have applied for and been accepted into the Double Major (ÇAP) or Minor (YANDAL) programs in our Faculty’s departments are required to complete the relevant Double Major or Minor application forms provided below and submit them in person to the Student Affairs Office, located in Block A of the Main Campus, no later than the end of business hours on Friday, October 2, 2025. In addition to the application form, students are also required to submit their ÖSYM Placement Results Document and YKS Exam Results Document.

2. Students who have completed the registration process will be able to select their courses between October 1 and October 9, 2026.
3. Following acceptance into the Double Major (ÇAP) program, you must apply for course exemption procedures between October 26 and October 30, 2026, via the Petition Tracking System (https://online.uskudar.edu.tr/) found on our faculty's website, and upload both your exemption petition and your transcript to the system.
4. No exemption procedures are carried out following acceptance into the Minor (Yandal) program.
