Students whose Double Major Program (ÇAP) applications have been accepted must visit the Department of Student Affairs at the Çarşı Campus between September 23 and September 28, 2026 (inclusive) to submit their ÇAP Approval Petition and ÖSYM Score Cards in order to finalize their registration.
Applications for programs other than those pre-approved for Double Major participation—submitted by students with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.75 or higher—will be evaluated individually by the Senate. Students whose application results are to be presented to the University Senate must submit their petitions and ÖSYM Score Cards to the Department of Student Affairs at the Çarşı Campus by September 28, 2026 (inclusive). If any students on the primary list fail to register by September 28, 2026, students from the reserve list will be invited to register starting from September 30, 2026.
Students who are on the primary list for one program and the reserve list for another retain the right to register until September 30, 2026. Students in this situation will be notified on September 29, 2026, as to whether a placement has become available for them in the program for which they were on the reserve list.
For registered students, exemption procedures regarding courses in the Double Major curriculum that overlap with courses successfully completed in their main program will be carried out automatically under the supervision of the Double Major academic advisors.

Note: Students benefiting from scholarships or tuition discounts specified in the Üsküdar University Scholarship Directive for their primary major program also retain these benefits for their double major program. For a student who graduates from the primary major program but does not complete the double major program, the scholarship duration may be extended by up to one (1) year beyond the maximum period specified for the primary major in the Scholarship Directive.
