Students who are unable to attend the 2025-2026 Fall semester midterm exams due to valid excuses, must upload the Make-up Exam Request Form to the "Online Petition System" together with their reports/documents between 15-30 November 2025.
Students with conflicting midterm exams are required to apply for the midterm make-up exams and write both conflicting exams in their make-up exam request form.
Students will take the exam of their department/year at the announced time. For the exam of your other conflicting exam, you must apply for the midterm make-up exam by logging into the Online Petition System.

Midterm make-up exam application results will be announced on 05 December 2025.
Make-up exams will be held between 8-12 December 2025. You can learn the details about your make-up exam through the announcements made by the course instructor.
