Vildan Kandemir graduated from İstanbul University Florence Nightingale Nursing Department in 1998.She completed her master's degree in Hospital and Health Institutions Management at Beykent University Institute of Social Sciences in 2014 and her doctorate in Health Management at Üsküdar University Graduate School of Health Sciences in 2021.
