Tarık PALANCI (Part Time)

Born in Gümüşhane, 1989.  After graduating from Public Relations and Publicity Department of Communication Faculty of Marmara University in 2012, he completed his education at Anadolu University International Relations Department. He is still studying Master's in Interpersonal Communication Department at Marmara University.
