He was born in Istanbul in 1979. He graduated from İstanbul University, Faculty of Communication (2002). He completed his master's degree in Philosophy at Galatasaray University Institute of Social Sciences. He then completed his Ph.D. in philosophy at Strasbourg University and Galatasaray University (co-tutelle) with his thesis entitled “Jacques Derrida and Technical Problem” (2016). Between the years 2011-2012, Tübitak Abroad Research Scholarship and Strasbourg University as a visiting researcher and he conducted his doctoral thesis research under the supervision of Jean-Luc Nancy. He studies philosophy history and contemporary philosophy studies, as well as technical and technological philosophy. He closely follows the activities (seminars, summer schools) of the Ars Industrialis Association and Pharmakon.fr managed by Bernard Stiegler. He taught philosophy at the universities both as a lecturer and as a guest. He translated articles and books of Jacques Derrida, Jean-Luc Nancy, Jacques Rancière and other thinkers.
