Assoc. Prof. Serkan KİTİŞ graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa in 2006. He completed his residency training in the Department of Neurosurgery at Bezmialem University Faculty of Medicine in 2011. He received the title of Associate Professor in Neurosurgery in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at the Faculty of Medicine.
