Sercan Kule was born in Akhisar in 1990. In 2013, he completed his undergraduate education at İstanbul Arel University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema. In 2019, he completed her master's degree at İstanbul University, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema. In 2024, he completed his doctorate education at Yıldız Technical University, Graduate School of Social Sciences, Art and Design.
In 2015, she started her academic career as a Research Assistant in the Department of Television Journalism and Programming at Istanbul Gelisim University. Since 2024, he has started to work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Cartoon and Animation at Üsküdar University. Among the academic fields of study; Balkan Cinema, Postmodernism, Cinema and Orientalism, Cinema and Artificial Intelligence, VR Cinema.
