Sercan Kule was born in Akhisar in 1990. In 2013, he completed his undergraduate education at İstanbul Arel University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema. In 2019, he completed her master's degree at İstanbul University, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema. In 2024, he completed his doctorate education at Yıldız Technical University, Graduate School of Social Sciences, Art and Design.
