Nihal Toros NTAPIAPIS completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul University, Faculty of Literature, Department of American Culture and Literature in 2001. She continued her master's and doctorate education at Marmara University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Public Relations.
The subject of her master's thesis is "The Role of Sociodrama in Organizational Communication" and the subject of her doctoral thesis is "A Sector Analysis on the Effectiveness of Word-of-Mouth Marketing as an Alternative Marketing Method". Having worked in companies such as A&B Communication, Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul, Sofa Hotel and Skytürk, Toros first started his academic career at Aydın University.
She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Üsküdar University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Advertising. Toros "s research interests include Public Relations, Alternative Marketing Methods, Word of Mouth Marketing and Viral Marketing.
