Born in Tokat, 1971. She graduated from GATA Nursing High School in 1991 and İstanbul University, Faculty of Law in 1999. She finished her Forensic Science master’s thesis on Medical Application Errors in 2008, İstanbul University. She was also a guest student for 3 months in Washington Law Faculty, USA and continued to study English for 8 months. In 2010, she finished her second graduate degree on Hospital Administration. In 2014 he completed his mediation training. She has retired after 20 years after serving in the hospitals of the Turkish Armed Forces.
She is fluent in English. She gives “health law” courses in certificate programs in higher education programs related to law and health professions. She also gives conferences on the legal responsibilities of health personnel when invited to the hospital. She still gives consultation in NGS Law & Arbitration Office on health law, administrative law, mobbing, disciplinary law, labor law, contract law, criminal law.
