She graduated from Yeditepe University, Department of History, which she entered with a scholarship, in 2010.
She completed her master's degree at the Institute of Atatürk's Principles and Revolution History at İstanbul University and started her doctorate education at the same institute. She continued her studies, which she wanted to focus on in the history of the Modern Age, at Yeditepe University Institute of Social Sciences and completed her doctorate in 2022 with the thesis titled "Tanzimat Döneminde Sadakat ve Liyakat Kavramlarının Toplumsal Tezahürü".
She published Mustafa Reşit Pasha's documents by adapting them to today's Turkish under the name of “Bir Türk Diplomatının Evrak-ı Siyassiyesi”. Çerçinli, who is a member of the Scientific Board of the Turkish Archivists Association and a field editor of the Journal of Ottoman Civilization Studies, has been working in the Research Unit of the State Archives since 2011.
