Mehmet Savsar born in 1952, graduated in 1975 from Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Forest Industry Engineering. He received his master’s degree in 1978 from Pennsylvania State University, Department of Industrial Engineering in USA. He finished his doctoral degree in the same university’s Department of Industrial Engineering and Operational Research. He received his associate professorship in Department of Industrial Engineering in 1986 and became a professor in 2003.
