İsmail YERLİ, graduated from Marmara University SHMYO in 2006. He completed his undergraduate degree from Anadolu University, his second undergraduate degree from Istanbul University and his Master's with Perfusion Thesis at Karabuk University. It also has the Perfusion authorization certificate. He was assigned as a perfusionist in the lung transplantation team in Yedikule Thoracic Surgery EPH for two years and as a Perfusionist in Koşuyolu High Specialization ER in 2011, where he is still working. During this time, he took a course on ECMO at the University of Regensburg, Germany, and received the European Cardiovascular Perfusion Board (EBCP) certificate. He carried out a perfusionist training program in the cardiovascular surgery perfusion department in Kazakhstan and was assigned as the perfusion unit supervisor by the Ministry of Health in 2021 to establish the perfusion department of the cardiovascular surgery hospital in Kyrgyzstan. Simultaneously, he has been working as an Instructor at Üsküdar University since 2021.
