İlyas Bozkurt completed his undergraduate degree at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, followed by an MBA in Business Administration at Istanbul Bilgi University and a PhD in Finance at Istanbul Okan University.
Bozkurt serves as the Founding President of TESAM (Turkish Center for Political, Economic and Social Research), an organization engaged in political and economic research. He has authored academic books on leadership, reform movements, and participation banking.
He currently continues his academic work at Üsküdar University as a part-time, hourly-paid lecturer. His primary areas of research and interest include leadership theories, macroeconomics, financial markets, and strategic management.
