He completed his undergraduate studies in Geophysical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Istanbul University in 2010, his bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching at Bahçeşehir University in 2019, and his master’s degree in Educational Management and Planning at Bahçeşehir University in 2025. His master’s thesis focused on the evaluation of talent management as part of human resources management for instructional staff in higher education institutions. Since 2019, he has been working as an English instructor at university preparatory schools of foreign languages. His academic interests include management strategies in the academic context, talent management in education, material development in language teaching, and artificial intelligence. Çağın has joined our institution as an English Instructor at Üsküdar University, Department of Common Courses (Foreign Languages).
