Prof. Dr. Haluk Çelik graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2008, earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. He completed his residency training in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at the Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital, Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology. In 2014, he participated in clinical and academic activities at Texas Orthopedic Hospital (Houston, USA). After completing his compulsory service, he received advanced training in Sports Surgery at Scripps Clinic, San Diego, in 2017, during which he contributed to numerous scientific studies published in the international medical literature. Between 2016 and 2020, Prof. Dr. Çelik served as the team physician for the Turkish Women’s National Basketball Team. From 2018 to 2026, he worked in both the public and private healthcare sectors and was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2020.
Prof. Dr. Haluk Çelik continues his academic activities at the Üsküdar University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology.
