He completed his primary and secondary education in Istanbul at Fevziye Schools Foundation Private Ayazağa Işık High School. He received his medical education in the English Medicine Program at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine between 1999 and 2005. Following his residency training at the Department of Urology, Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, he became a specialist in Urology in 2011. He completed his compulsory service as a specialist physician at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital. Between 2013 and 2017, he worked as a chief resident at Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital, where he obtained the title of Associate Professor in 2017 and continued to work as a faculty member until 2021. His main professional areas of interest are urinary tract stone diseases and endourology. He has performed more than 2,000 endoscopic and percutaneous stone surgery procedures and has organized live surgical courses and participated as an instructor to contribute to the development of new technologies and techniques in this field. During this period, he also contributed to the training of numerous residents and served as a thesis advisor. Since 2021, he has continued his academic career as a faculty member of the University of Health Sciences at the newly established Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital. During this period, he performed complex stone surgeries, including procedures in pediatric patients. He played an active role in initiating and expanding laser prostate surgery at the hospital and performed more than 200 holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) procedures within one year. He has shared his expertise at national and international symposiums and congresses, particularly on the surgical treatment of urinary tract stone diseases and the laser treatment of prostate diseases. He has numerous articles published in international peer-reviewed journals, as well as book chapters and oral presentations.
