Dilaver Erşanlı was born in Kilis, 1959. In 1983, he graduated from Edirne Medical Faculty of Trakya University. In 1990, he completed his expertise in Ophthalmology from GATA Haydarpaşa Education Hospital. Between 1990-1993 He worked as an Eye Disease Specialist in Bursa Military Hospital. Between 1998-2008, GATA Haydarpaşa Education Hospital. He worked as an associate professor in GATA Haydarpaşa Education Hospital between 2008-2013.
