She graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1985. Between 1985 and 1988, she completed her compulsory service in Ankara Numune Hospital Emergency Department.
Between 1988 and 1993, she worked in the Internal Medicine and Nephrology Department at Şişli Etfal Hospital, Faculty of Health Sciences, and received her internal medicine specialization. Between 1994 and 2018, she worked as an internal medicine specialist at Private Türkiye Hospital. Her articles have been published in various journals.
