He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law, in 2015. In 2016, he completed his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association and obtained his attorney’s license. In the same year, he began his master’s studies at Galatasaray University, Institute of Social Sciences, and completed the program in 2019 with his thesis titled “The Trial of Mentally Ill Offenders and the Execution of Criminal and Security Measures in Turkish Criminal Law.” He earned his Ph.D. in Public Law from Istanbul University. As of 2025, he has been teaching the course Communication Law at Üsküdar University, Faculty of Communication.
