1967 yılında doğan Prof. Dr. Osman Sulak ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise eğitimini Konya Ereğli’de tamamladı. 1990 yılında Selçuk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinden mezun oldu. 1990-1993 yılları arasında Trabzon Şalpazarı Gökçeköy ve Konya Ereğli 1 No’lu Sağlık Ocaklarında çalıştı. 1994-1997 yılları arasında Almanya Eberhard Karls Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi Enstitüsünde doktorasını yaptı. 1998 yılında Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde Yardımcı Doçent, 2006 yılında Doçent oldu. 2011 yılında Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi Anabilim Dalına Profesör olarak atandı ve burada 1 yıl çalıştı. 2012 yılında tekrar Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi Anabilim Dalına dönen Osman Sulak 2019 yılında emekli oldu.
