Prof. Dr. Hıdır İlyas GÖZ, 1975 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Psikoloji Bölümünden mezun olmuştur. 1986 yılında Selçuk Üniversitesi Sosyoloji Anabilim Dalı’nda Yüksek Lisans eğitimini tamamlayan GÖZ, 1992 yılında Eğitim Bilimleri anabilim dalında doktora eğitimin tamamlamıştır. 2006 yılında Bilişsel-Deneysel Psikoloji alanında Doçentliğini alan GÖZ, 2017 yılında Profesör unvanını almıştır.
