Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Elvan ÇİFTÇİ 1988 yılında doğmuştur. Lisans eğitimini 2012 yılında Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde tamamlamıştır. Ardından 2020 yılında Hacettepe Üniversitesi Nörobilim Anabilim Dalı’nda aldığı tıpta uzmanlığıyla eğitimini tamamlamıştır. Şimdilerde Elvan ÇİFTÇİ, Tıp Fakültesi Ruh Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı’nda Doktor Öğretim Üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır.
