Ebru Morgül Memon, ilk, orta ve lise eğitimini İstanbul’da tamamladıktan sonra, İstanbul Üniversitesi Psikoloji Bölümün’den 1997 yılında mezun olmuştur. 2007 yılında Klinik ve Danışmanlık Psikolojisi alanında yüksek lisans ve 2016 yılında Psikoloji alanında doktora eğitimlerini Malezya Uluslararası İslam Üniversitesi’nde tamamlamıştır. İnsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fakültesi Psikoloji (İngilizce) Bölümü’nde Doktor Öğretim Üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır. Akademik ilgi alanları arasında gençlik araştırmaları, sosyal algı, sosyal kimlik, sağlık psikolojisi, psikolojik iyi oluş ve nitel araştırmalar yer almaktadır.
