Nutrition and Dietetics Mission and Vision

MISSION:

On national and international scale; training dietitians who will act a part on prevention of nutrition-related diseases, maintenance of health, leading people proper nutrition principles specific to diseases, development and implemention appropriate diet recommendations based on the principle of individual difference. Raising dietitians who will act effectively in the formulation of nutrition-related health policies in order to maintain and improve health at the community level.

VISION:

To be a pioneering department which trains dietetians who closely follows developments in health field, human-focused, catches up with the technology, qualified and competent and who aims the creation and development of plans, programs and policies for the maintenance and improvement of health, the treatment and prevention of nutrition-related diseases on a national and international scale and for all age groups in the society.
