SATUMER (Health Tourism Application and Research Center)


a) To serve in the field of health for the development of the country, bring the related sector and demanders together, provide access to systematic information and information resources.

b) To conduct research, development and studies in domestic and abroad, with the determination of the standardization of the functioning of institutions and provide health tourism services.

c) To make legislative studies related to health tourism and produce data to contribute to planning, to work on determination of macro standards.

ç) To organize organizations and provide coordination between public & private institutions related to health tourism.

d) To contribute to policy development in order to ensure that the health tourism sector operates on competitive, international standards and on competitive terms with foreign countries serving this area.

e) To coordinate the implementation of activities by developing projects that will provide added value to the country's economy in the areas of tourism health, health tourism and medical service tourism.

f) To provide academic support and contribute to practical implementation strategies for our country to become a center of attraction for health tourism in terms of its geographical position, affordable prices and health service provision in international standards.


a) To create and coordinate research projects in the field of health tourism in the center of the center and to use domestic and foreign support resources for this purpose.

b) To contribute to national and international knowledge accumulation by organizing tourism health, health tourism and medical service tourism, advanced specialist courses, seminars, workshops, congresses and symposiums.

c) To report scientific and technical findings obtained at the end of application and research studies in the field of health tourism and to publish them in scientific journals, books, bulletins and similar media.

ç) To provide consultancy services to the public institutions and organizations in the areas where a work is necessary.

d) To execute organizations not only medical tourism, but also thermal tourism, elderly and handicapped tourism areas such as using the University's academic accumulation in tactical and strategic targets in line with the new initiatives to bring health tourism.

e) To cooperate with national and international public and private organizations, research groups and scientists to realize their goals.

f) To make other studies that are appropriate to the Central aims desired by the Board of Directors.
